Motherhood has a way of changing everything. Sometimes in ways we expect, and often in ways we don’t.
Alongside the love and joy, there can also be moments of overwhelm, identity shifts, and questions that don’t always have a place to be spoken out loud.
Mary of My Matrescence has been invited as a guest speaker for this months New Kids on the Block meet up hosted by Bridget, doula and founder of Central New York Born, who hosts this monthly gathering as a space for moms to come together in community.
During this time together, Mary will gently introduce the concept of matrescence, the process of becoming a mother, and create space for reflection, connection, and honest conversation with other moms in the room.
