About the event
Motherhood asks so much of us. We spend our days caring, planning, carrying, and doing for everyone around us that we rarely have space to simply be.
The Mother's Mini Retreat is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and intentionally receive.
Through a thoughtfully curated evening of reflection, restorative wellness practices, and meaningful connection, we'll gently guide mothers from constant doing toward rest, presence, and reconnection with themselves and one another.
Throughout the evening, you'll be invited to explore:

Gently releasing some of what you've been carrying
